Midcentury Modern Kitchen Project Overview
Even galley kitchens can look large and bright with the right design, materials and lighting! The use of horizontal lines – in the grain of the cabinetry, tile pattern and open display cabinets – widens the space. The cooking was moved into the corner and the free-standing refrigerator built in with panels for a “custom” look. The counter tops are a warm grey quartz, the floor is slate and was saved from the old kitchen.
